BALA PRATHIBA UTSAV
Bala Prathiba Utsav (BPU)—one of India’s most sought-after Creative Arts Competition— is a flagship event of URise India Foundation, celebrating children’s talent through a diverse range of competitions from dawn to dusk.
Since its inception in 2002 in Bangalore, BPU has received an overwhelming response from the public, art lovers, artists, and media. Every year, the event welcomes over 1,000 visitors and 400 young participants from across the country. Designed for children aged 5 to 17 years, BPU offers a vibrant mix of competitions in Classical Music and Dance, Rangoli Making, Spell Bee, Painting, Debate, Shloka Chanting, and more.
In 2021, COVID couldn’t stop us! BPU took to the online platform for the first time and saw an incredible participation of over 850 children from different parts of India.
