Our examination system offers a structured approach to assess the depth of knowledge and mastery over classical forms, providing students with the opportunity to refine their skills and earn certifications that reflect their dedication and expertise.
One of our prime objectives is the desire to bridge the gap between Shastra (theory) and Prayoga (practice) and in alignment with this vision, URise India Foundation has partnered with leading universities across India, enabling students from across the globe to participate in examinations that help them advance their fine arts credentials. Examinations serve as a benchmark for students to demonstrate their proficiency in their craft and also help students:

Eligibility Criteria
Our examinations are open to students from all backgrounds who are passionate about Indian arts. We offer both online and offline examination options to cater to diverse needs. A basic level of proficiency in the chosen art form and completion of the prescribed course or syllabus for the respective examination level is mandatory for eligibility.
Exam Schedules & Registration
Examinations are held annually, and specific dates are announced well in advance. Registration for the exams open in the first week of November. Please contact the office/ write to us for further details.
Certification & Recognition
Upon successful completion of the examination, students are awarded certificates that serve as formal recognition of their achievement. These certificates will be issued by the examining board ‘Bangiya Sangeet Parishad’, Kolkata and ‘Karnataka State Gangubai Hangal Music University’, Mysore. These certifications are widely recognised World over and well respected in the classical arts community, opening doors to greater opportunities in performances, teaching, and further studies.
